Text: 2Chronicles 20:12
O our God, wilt thou not judge them? For we have no might
against this great company that cometh against us; neither know we what to do;
but our eyes are upon thee.
When our faith is small and we want to give up, where do we really look up to? Is our hope on the hills or on the creator of the universe? I have realized that many run to God at difficult moments only because the battle is fierce. But it is a wrong time to look up to God rather it should be our way of life enquiring and depending on God for direction on a daily bases. It is a covenant deal that should be signed when all is well. You should have a form mind of determination as to avoid conflict of action, because we are always confronted with confusion on the direction to look up to at that intense hour. It is in the midst of the challenge that your commitment is being tested. You might not remember God at that thickest moment because several alternatives are presented as a way of escape.
Amazingly, David said my eyes are upon the Lord for He will rescue my feet from the traps and nets of my enemies. We are in a season where our focus should be on the Lord. God is online as his network can never cease no matter the condition. There are dangers on the journey of life which are secret to us but not hidden from God. The big God is able only if we do not shift to the alternative. Psalm 25:15 Mine eyes are ever toward the Lord: for he shall pluck my feet out of the net. Where you look up to at the moment of adversity will determine your escape route. You cannot fix your eyes on a God you do not have knowledge about. If you can proof Him reliable on that very concern now, you can trust Him on the bigger issue. Friends, you can grow your trust on Him over time. He is constant but we are the variables. May God help us in Jesus name.
PRAYER POINT:
1.Father give us calmness to stand in your presence and seek the right way from your Word In Jesus name.
Action Quote: Who do you run to when you are under pressure with multitudes of alternatives?
