Your Ambassadorship for Christ.

 

Text: 2 Corinthians 5:20 (KJV)

Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.

Beloved, the Lord has sent us to represent Him in various fields as Ambassadors for the kingdom.No matter the world pattern, our citizenship is in heaven and God counts on us here on earth. The amazing part about being an ambassador is that your country sponsors you, the same goes for us as ambassadors of Christ, but the difference is that your source never runs dry,compared to that of a country ambassador, whose privileges end once their responsibility and appointment is terminated.  We are Christ diplomat and we are meant to be promoters of heaven.  Philippians 4:19- But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Therefore, represent him well as to enjoy His ambassadorial packages and remember you lose the benefits immediately you leave your position.

As Christ representative, Ephesians 6:19-20- And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel. For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak. You are a citizen of heaven, but also an ambassador here on earth, so do not forget your root. Your code of conduct must align with the kingdom you represent. I pray we shall not lose our ambassadorship, in Jesus name.

1. Father, help us to understand that we are not ordinary but an Ambassador of Christ as we live and walk in Jesus name.
