You are delivered

 

Text: Psalms 124:7 (KJV)

Our soul is escaped as a bird out of the snare of the fowlers: the snare is broken, and we are escaped.

Many at times, we need to remember that although we go through a lot of things on a daily basis, God still makes a way of escape and this will result in us having victory. Our scripture of today used the illustration of the bird to explain our escape. This means no matter the level of plan put into the trap (or the snare), once God is involved, there will definitely be an escape. The truth is, the way the escape will be, will be unexplainable and a shock to man and that is because our help is from God. Psalms 121:2- My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth. I tell you, although the enemy is working to and fro looking for who to devour, due to the fact that God is our safety and shield, He will not give us as a prey, but instead He will rescue us from those hidden traps and bring shame to the devil.

Brethren, we need to rejoice because many at times, we do not know the battle that was fought behind the scenes on our behalf, so we should be grateful to that fighter which is God. There is an assurance that even though we have been caught or captured, God will still deliver us. Isaiah 49:24-25a- Shall the prey be taken from the mighty, or the lawful captive delivered? 25 But thus saith the Lord, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered. So be confident in your fighter and leave the battle to Him. Exodus 14:14- The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace. Do not worry or be anxious because remember the scripture said the snare is broken; therefore, nobody can gather it back (there are in pieces and cannot be put together), so enjoy in that peace in His name. Always remember, even though the trap was in secret and you were careless about it, due to the fact that your help is from God, you will have victory over it. This will be our portion, in Jesus name. 

PRAYER POINTS: 

1.Oh Lord, we escape from every deadly disease set as a snare for us, in Jesus name.

2.Father, I free myself from every trap that has kept me at a location, in Jesus name.

3.Father, may the strength of the trap be made weak that they will not fulfill their evil enterprise, in Jesus name.
