Thankful for His Love

Happy New Month of February 

Text: Ephesians 5:20(KJV)

Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Beloved, there are centain things we need to do Intentionally by taking personal responsibility.  And one of them is being thankful to God for his love and faithfulness in our lives as individuals and collectively as a community. . The funny part is that many have gotten use to God and believe it is now their covenant right and authority to enjoy all that we benefit in this kingdom. If you are not careful we will assume that you have thanked God enough without knowing a thankful heart can never be in excess to our good God.. Psalms 107:1 O give thanks unto the Lord, for he is good, for his mercy endureth forever  We should not forget how he has lavished his love on us even while we were yet sinners. We did not qualify by reason of effort but HIS grace enlisted us as partakers in this glorious kingdom of our dear father. 

Interestingly,  we might not understand or see any reason to thank him now but just obey because it is a command that we need to follow. 1Thessalonians 5:18 In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.  if you are not careful you will not see the will of God concerning that issue which made many complain. . He is working it out for a reason.  It is vital to thank him today because most of the cases we are worried about have been answered and we are only expecting the physical evidence which we know it has been predestinated and our God is faithful to do above our request.  This is not a time to.grumble or murmur because it has kept many on one spot with several issues of concern. We should intentionally speak to ourselves in psalms, hymns, worship, spiritual songs with melody in our hearts. This has enhanced our physical disposition.

Always remember he is able to bring all to pass without any man's imput. Always remember, His goodness is not because of what you have done but because it is God's nature to do good to all  Therefore, let us form the attitude of a willing and a cheerful outlook as to thank Him for.who he is. He is just right in his judgement.  I pray God will help us, in Jesus name. 

PRAYER POINTS: 

1. Oh Lord, help me to rejoice and make my thanksgiving a lifestyle and not a situational condition in Jesus name.

2. Thank you Lord as you fill my mouth with songs of melody, in Jesus name.
