Dwell to Abide in Him

Text: Psalm 91:1(KJV)

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide, under the shadow of the Almighty.

It is now clear that famous men are made in the secret and not in the public place but showcased in the open. This secret place is a place of encounters that brings about change as we draw strength so as to obtain the promises which God has for us. There are many hidden things in this place as we dwell. They can only be revealed if you long to reside and get transformed there. It is not a place for laziness but a place for seeking the hidden things. Also, this secret place is the WING AND THE SHADOW OF THE ALMIGHTY. You should not feel pressured but instead be open-minded because it is open for all. The truth is, you can visit, live and settle there. I tell you, it is not just a place but an experience which awaits you. For one to dwell in this secret place, you start by thinking of this place as a changing room where questions are asked, and answers are found. It is a PRAYER CLOSET. James 4:8- Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double-minded.

Frankly speaking, we should form that habit of not visiting the secret place but rather abiding in that secret place. Amazingly, we can even hide in the secret place in times of trouble and He shields those who hid there. Psalm27:5-For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock. The truth is, we just need to create a space where God and we can meet for our transformation, sharpening, and quickening, which will bring us into maturity. So I encourage you not to be deceived or abandon this special place because it is the altar where God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit resides.

PRAYER POINTS:

1. Father, take me back to your secret place for my making in Jesus name.

2. Oh Lord, may I thirst and behold another beauty of an unforgettable experience in your presence, in Jesus name.
