Text: Nahum 1:7 (KJV)

The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him.

Indeed our God is too good and faithful ready to uncover all the good things that the season is pregnant with despite the wind of storm. The truth is, God has already been good to us and we constantly encounters His goodness in different dimensions which we can all testify to and is ready to go all the way for more glorious experiences in this second half of the year. Truthfully, it will be an understatement if I asked you your recent personal experience of His goodness, because to be frank, we still see God’s goodness dwelling with us even now. The truth is, God’s goodness radiates all around us because He is just good and will continue to be good. We need to always remember that He is good and is strong enough despite those roaring storms as we have passed several huddles in life. Psalm 100:5- For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.

 If you try to ask yourself, why is He good to me and even made me special? You might end up feeling like you are not worth His good works but in that state, you must remember it is His mercy and love that has kept you this far. Also remember, God is good and will not cease from his attribute to humanity. We should celebrate His name and give back thanks to Him because He deserves it. Psalm 135:3- Praise the Lord; for the Lord is good: sing praises unto his name; for it is pleasant. Although, we are celebrating right now, but there is more in store for us and we need to be grateful even as He starts unveiling his plans in this season.  Welcome to your season of manifestation of HIS will and purpose to God and humanity in Jesus name. 

PRAYER POINTS:  

1. Father, please help me to hold strong to this good God forever, in Jesus name.

2. Father, thank you for making a great light to shine even in the midst of our darkness in Jesus name.
