Your LIFE in JESUS

  

Text: Luke 12:15(KJV)

And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.

If everything you wanted in this world were to be provided, will you be satisfied?  What will you do when a new desire comes?  The truth is man is insatiable, and that means nothing is truly enough that will end every desire in your life no matter the level of possession you may have or will have. But Jesus is one possession that is enough for all round existence. Our text of today tells us to watch out and guard ourselves against every kind of greed because our life is not made up of the things we own, no matter how rich we may be, and that is the truth. There is more than enough outside our physical possession.  We can see that all our desires and the possessions were all locked up for months during the global holiday by the pandemic. One mistake people make is that they forget that life is not defined by what you have, even when you have a lot. We can see that in 1Timothy 6:7- For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. Because of this mistake, many people feel like life is worthless since they do not have any possession or since they cannot satisfy their desires, but the only way anyone can be satisfied is through Jesus. Why the struggles without Him my brethren?

The truth is the satisfaction that you get from Jesus is true and genuine, and it is without stress. That shows that THE JESUS FACTOR IS THE REAL SATISFACTION MY BELOVED. The amazing part is that this genuine satisfaction even comes with benefits like long life and supply of all your needs. Wow!!!! Isn’t that unbelievable? It says in Psalms 91:16- With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation. God has promised us with long life, and we can also see in Philippians 4:19- But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. It is still unbelievable. So that means that us accepting Jesus and being satisfied in Him makes all other desires satisfied too. Wow!!!! Jesus is more than enough. Really mind-blowing. So I ask you what kind of satisfaction can beat this true and genuine satisfaction?  Nothing, so taste Him again today and experience this kind of satisfaction because our faith in Him can never fail in Jesus name.  He is more than enough in Jesus name.

1.Thank you Jesus for all your daily loads of promises to satisfy our lives in Jesus name.

2.Father, please let all those secret tears come to an end because we have Jesus in our lives in Jesus name.
