Text: Genesis 2:7 (KJV)

And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

Remember, you are an influence in any location. Do not underestimate your impact because there is an aspect of you that is powered by the breath of God for your world of today.There are so many kinds of influences but we can decide to be the positive influence because many others are negative.  The truth is that, we see a lot of people under the influence of drugs, drinking and wrong friends, but the most powerful influence anyone can ever experience is that of the Holy Spirit. I tell you, it is one of a kind. From our scripture above, we can see that the Lord's breathe is the Spirit impact for influence upon us which can happen by intimacy. We are meant to use this Spirit to impact others positively also; it can be through our love, our words and dressing. This Spirit is actually our strength as believers. The Holy Spirit is so amazing, and it does great impact by influencing our minds into doing right things onlybut He purifies our thoughts from evil. John 3:6- That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. I tell you, the difference between a believer and an unbeliever is the presence of the Holy Spirit and we are meant to utilize Him. For us to enjoy Him to the fullest, we need to have a revelation of His personality.

Interestingly,Jesus promised to send the Holy Spirit our teacher and a comforter John 14:26- But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. Our new birth in Christ influences our carnal mind into the spirit of Christ and this is by the help of the Holy Spirit. We need to keep yielding ourselves to the word of God and prayers especially bypraying in tongues, for us to experience this change.Jude 1:20- But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost. I tell you, it is by the influence of the Spirit that the changes we are all waiting for can take place and this means that the Spirit is a quickening spirit. So, I encourage you to keep praying for the Spirit to influence your mind, so that you can manifest His nature in your physical and spiritual life today.

PRAYER POINTS:

1. Oh Lord, help up to yield our mortal bodies to theleading of Holy Spirit, so as to pick divine signals, in Jesus name.

2. Father, open my eyes to the new chapter youhave opened  that I might be ablessing to  others, so as to bear the fruits of righteousness, in Jesus name.

Text: 1 Samuel 16:11 (KJV)

And Samuel said unto Jesse, Are here all thy children? And he said, There remaineth yet the youngest, and, behold, he keepeth the sheep. And Samuel said unto Jesse, Send and fetch him: for we will not sit down till he come hither.

One of the greatest privilege we have from God is that when it is our set time, distance can never be a barrier to our next levels. That so-called distance turns around to become an advantage and this is something we should be thankful for. In our text of today, David was far in the field when the servant of God, Samuel came to anoint the one chosen by God.  But the good news is, his location not withstanding but since he was chosen by God, they had to send someone to fetch him. He was in the bush, all of his brethren and Samuel had to wait (even with a standing ovation) until David came. Psalms 78:70- He chose David also his servant, and took him from the sheepfolds. Friends, when God choose you, he relocates you from that sheepfold to an elevated end.  This testimony is coming our wayin Jesus name. The truth is that David was in his training process and he did not give up there as his routine was until his hurried anointing day.  Beloved, your year has finally come.  He did that assignment given to him wholeheartedly and God saw his efforts and anointed him as he separated him from the sheepfold. So I urge you not to give up in that assignment, because it is leading you to your anointing.

That bush experience you might be going through is actually prepared by God and He is doing that so that you can come out fully equipped for your honour.Psalms 23:5- Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. God saw that David was prepared enough and He anointed him to rule over His people; when David was doing that assignment, he never knew that the Lord had chosen him as the new King, so be patient. Frankly speaking, we do not know what God has or is planning until He reveals it to us, but I encourage you to see that your God given task and experience as a stepping stone or a training ground to your blessing and never forget to praise Him in that experience. Also, never forget that this anointing is for glory and not shame. Your oil is in excess, so endure that bush experience because YOUR SET TIME IS THIS YEAR IN JESUS NAME

PRAYER POINTS:

1. Oh Lord, wherever I have been forgotten, may 2022 year be my set season that will speedily bring me out, in Jesus name.

2. Father, please strengthen me to go through my process, so that I can arrive at my anointing, in Jesus name.
