Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein.

Friends, Jesus teaches us an important lesson about childlike faith which is the simplicity of faith. When people brought little children to Him, the disciples tried to stop them, but Jesus welcomed them and said, “Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not.” This teaches us how we should receive the kingdom of God with humility, trust, openness, and dependence. A child naturally looks to a parent for guidance, provision, protection, and care. In the same way, God wants us to trust Him, even when we do not understand everything He is doing. Matthew 18:3 - Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. 

Interestingly, life experiences can make us question God, like delays, unanswered prayers, and make us too doubtful to trust Him. But we need simple confidence in God. Proverbs 3:5 says, “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.” Hence, childlike faith also makes us to become willing to come to Jesus without pretending. A child does not need to have everything figured out before asking for help. So, you can come to God with your all questions, weaknesses, and needs. He does not reject a sincere heart but we must trust His wisdom, His timing, and His love because He knows the tomorrow you afraid of. I pray we shall keep walking with Him at all seasons with a childlike faith in Jesus name

Father, give me a childlike faith that trusts You completely as I depend, believe, and surrender my fears and uncertainties into Your hands in Jesus name

“And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:
Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another…”

Friends, fellowship is an important part of the Christian life. God did not design us to walk the journey of faith alone but connect with one another in love. We need encouragement, prayer, accountability, wisdom, and support from other believers. But today, when people become discouraged, they withdraw from church and other Christian fellowship groups. They isolate themselves because of disappointment, hurt, or personal challenges. But isolation can make difficult seasons even harder. And God often strengthens us through the people He places around us.

Amazingly, the early church in Acts 2 continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine, fellowship, breaking of bread, and prayers. They grew together, supported one another, and shared what they had. Ecclesiastes 4:9–10 says, “Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow.” Therefore, surround yourself with godly people who encourage your faith and challenge you to grow on every side. Also, be available to encourage others as well. Your fellowship may be the source of strength someone needs, and someone else's fellowship may be the encouragement you need too. I pray this should be our manner in this discouraging time in Jesus name.

Prayer Point:

Father, connect me with godly people who will strengthen my faith, encourage my walk and help me fulfill Your purpose in Jesus’ name.

Action Quote: Friends, don't walk your journey in life alone because the right fellowship can strengthen your faith and help you keep going.

The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.

Friends, there are moments in life when everything around you seems to be telling you to panic, complain, fight, or give up. But sometimes, God’s instruction is simply, “Hold thy peace.” This does not mean that you should become careless or stop taking wise action. It means that you should refuse to allow fear and anxiety to control your heart because you know that God is fighting for you. The Israelites stood before the Red Sea with Pharaoh and his army coming behind them. They saw no way of escape, and they question whether God had brought them to destroy them. But Moses told them, “Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD.” Our responsibility to is to trust God in that situation. Psalm 46:10 - Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.

Unfortunately, sometimes we make difficult situations worse by trying to fight every battle with our words. There are times when silence is wisdom. Instead of responding in anger, hold your peace. Instead of allowing fear to dictate your decisions, hold your peace. Ecclesiastes 3:7 - A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak. Instead of trying to control everything, surrender it to God and trust Him to work.  Jesus also demonstrated this kind of peace. When He was falsely accused and mocked, He did not allow the accusations of His enemies to control Him. He entrusted Himself to God.  Therefore, when you find yourself surrounded by circumstances you cannot control, remember the words, “The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.” So pray instead of panicking and God will fight for us as He opened the Red Sea and He will make away today in Jesus name.

Prayer Point:

Father, help me to remain calm when I face difficult situations as you grant me wisdom to know when to speak and when to remain silent with my complete trust on God to fight the battles I cannot fight, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Action Quote: Friends, not every battle requires your response but your greatest act of faith is to hold your peace and let God fight for you.

Psalm 91:1 (KJV)

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

Friends, dwelling in God’s presence is more than visiting Him only when we need help. It means making His presence our habitation and choosing to remain close to Him in every season. Psalm 46:1 says, “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” Therefore, when difficult seasons come, we should not withdraw from God but draw closer to Him.  So, God's presence should not be a place of visit in prayers occasionally rather it is developing a lifestyle of fellowship, dependence, worship, and obedience. Though we can be overwhelmed by circumstances but we should look forward for His presence which lies ahead. But dwelling in His presence reminds us that we do not have to face life in our own strength. Isaiah 41:10 says, “Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God.” His presence gives us strength even when we are weak and peace when we are troubled, and courage when we are afraid.

Amazingly, we can make our heart to deeply focus on God's presence and not merely on God's blessings. Therefore, let our desire not just reach the destination but be sure to journey with God in every situation of life. Jesus also demonstrated the importance of withdrawing to spend time with the Father. Luke 5:16 says, “And he withdrew himself into the wilderness, and prayed.” If Jesus made time to seek the Father, we too must intentionally create time for prayer, worship, and His Word. So, do not allow a difficult season to pull you away from God but let it push you deeper into His presence as a routine in Jesus name.

Prayer Point:

Oh Lord, when life becomes difficult, draw my heart closer to You and help me to find strength, peace, and confidence in Your presence, in Jesus’ name.

Action Quote: Friends, don't run away from God because of a difficult season rather run deeper into His presence as to find the strength to stand.

Salt is good: but if the salt have lost his saltness, wherewith will ye season it? Have salt in yourselves, and have peace one with another.

Friends, Jesus calls us to have salt in ourselves. Salt is valuable because it preserves, seasons, and influences whatever it touches. In the same way, as believers, our lives should carry the character of Christ and positively influence the people and environment around us. Hence, having salt in yourself speaks of allowing God's Word to shape your attitudes and actions. It means refusing to lose your spiritual influence because of bitterness, anger, compromise, pride, or careless living. So, our Christianity should not only be visible when we are in church; it should be evident in how we speak, respond, work, forgive, and treat others. So, examine yourself today - Does my life make people see Christ more clearly? Choose one practical way to be salt today. Colossians 4:6 says Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.

Interestingly, Jesus also said in Matthew 5:13, “Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.” Remember, God has placed something valuable within us that should make a difference. Salt does not need to shout to make an impact; its presence produces an effect. Likewise, you may not realize how much your godly character, encouraging words, integrity, and peaceful response can influence someone around you. However, salt that loses its saltiness becomes ineffective. Therefore, we must continually guard our hearts and remain connected to Christ. Our words should carry grace, wisdom, truth, and love as God will help us to graciously demonstrate integrity where it matters today in Jesus name.

Prayer Point:

Father, may the salt in me make my words and actions reflect Christ. Keep me from losing my spiritual influence, and use my life to preserve, and positively influence others, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Action Quote: Friends, be the salt God has called you to be as you let your life carry the flavour of Christ wherever you go.

Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth.

Friends, there is tremendous power in the given name of Jesus. The name of Jesus is not merely an ordinary name we mention but it represents and carries authority, power, identity, and lordship. When we call upon Jesus in faith, we are depending on the authority of the One whose name is above every name. Therefore salvation, healing, deliverance, and victory are wrapped in the name.  Hence, all that we need in life and godliness is resident in that name JESUS. CALL HIM TODAY. Yes, we face situations that appear bigger than our strength, wisdom, or ability. We may feel helpless when confronted with sickness, fear, opposition, temptation, or difficult circumstances. So, Jesus' name is not a magical formula; it is connected to faith and relationship with Christ. As believers, we have the privilege of calling upon the name of Jesus which is freely given to all. Acts 4:12 says, “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.”

Amazingly, the disciples experienced the authority in the given Jesus' name. Peter said to the lame man in Acts 3:6, “In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.” The man was healed, demonstrating that the authority of Jesus' name is greater than human limitations.  The name of Jesus brought supernatural transformation. Therefore, don't face life's battles as though you are alone. Pray in the name of Jesus, trust in His authority, and stand firmly on His Word. There is power in His name, and His name remains above every situation in Jesus' name.

Prayer Point:

Father, help me to understand and walk in the authority of the name of Jesus. Let every situation confronting my life bow to the power of Jesus in Jesus’ name.

Action Quote: Friends, when you know the power in the name of Jesus, you don't have to face life's battles in your own strength.

After that he put his hands again upon his eyes, and made him look up: and he was restored, and saw every man clearly.

Friends, sometimes we become discouraged because we are not yet where we want to be. Yes, certain times, we are too much in a hurry with God without allowing the total journey through the process. Hence, the story of the blind man in Bethsaida reminds us that God can begin a work in your life and continue working until it is complete and fully restored from one level of glory to another glory. 2 Corinthians 3:18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory…” So, as Jesus touched him, yet his sight was not immediately clear as he saw men as trees. But Jesus touched him again the second time and made him look up, and that brought about the final outcome that he was fully restored. Psalm 138:8 - The LORD will perfect that which concerneth me: thy mercy, O LORD, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands.

Sometimes, you may see only partial results and wonder whether God is really working. But partial progress is not failure; it is evidence that God is still working and will perfect all. Philippians 1:6 says, “Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.”  Therefore, don't give up on yourself because you are still growing in the process line. Remember, God is working on your character, your faith, your understanding, your body, even in your purpose and that vision today for clarity. So, be encouraged because what He has started, He is able to complete for His glory in Jesus name.

Prayer Point:

Father, help me to trust Your work in progress in my life as you grant me patience to keep growing and believing until everything You have started in me is complete, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Action Quote: Friends, don't judge God's work by what you see today; trust Him because the One who started the work in you is still working on you.

27 And Jesus said unto her, Let the children first be filled: for it is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it unto the dogs. 28 And she answered and said unto him, Yes, Lord: yet the dogs under the table eat of the children's crumbs. 29 And he said unto her, For this saying go thy way; the devil is gone out of thy daughter.

Friends, faith is continuing to trust God even when the answer is delayed, the situation looks impossible, or we do not understand what God is doing. The Syrophenician woman came to Jesus because her daughter was possessed by an unclean spirit. She refused to give up even when Jesus said let the children first be filled.  Yes, she faced an apparent refusal, but remained humble, persisted in faith as she said the dogs under the table eat the children’s crumbs. And her saying brought her testimony and she went home to find her daughter delivered. Though Jesus initially appeared to reject her request, she refused to walk away. She remained humble and persistent until Jesus responded to her faith.  Luke 18:1 - And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint.

Apparently, our faith can be tested through delays and difficult circumstances.  Galatians 6:9 - And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. But delay does not mean denial. So, we must keep praying, believing, and trusting God even when you cannot understand His timing.  Jesus said to her in Matthew 15:28, “O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt.” Bartimaeus also refused to give up when people told him to be quiet. Mark 10:48 says, “But he cried the more a great deal, Thou son of David, have mercy on me.” Jesus stopped and answered him.  Friends, don't allow disappointment, opposition, or delay to make you abandon your faith. I encourage us to keep trusting God. Keep praying. Keep standing on His Word in Jesus name.

Prayer Point:

Oh Lord, I receive grace to remain steadfast in faith and never to give up when answers are delayed but strengthen my heart to keep holding on until my testimony comes, in Jesus’ name.

Action Quote:  Friends, don't give up because the answer is delayed but keep trusting God until your testimony comes.

But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.

Friends, praise is more than singing beautiful songs. Yes, it is an expression of our faith, gratitude, and confidence in God so it is important that we make praise our habitation and a lifestyle. God dwells in the praises of His people. And, praise creates an atmosphere where God’s presence is welcomed and manifested. So, when we praise God, we declare that He is worthy regardless of what we are going through.  Though difficult circumstances can make us complain instead of living in praise, but we can change our mindset, today. Unfortunately, we focus so much on what is wrong and we forget what God has already done. But when we praise God, it shifts our attention from the size of our problem to the greatness of our God. Psalm 100:4 - Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.

Amazingly, Paul and Silas were beaten and imprisoned, yet at midnight they prayed and sang praises to God. Acts 16:25–26 says, “And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God… And suddenly there was a great earthquake.” Their praise happened before their deliverance.  Jehoshaphat also experienced victory when singers went before the army praising God. 2 Chronicles 20:22 says, “And when they began to sing and to praise, the LORD set ambushments against the children of Ammon…”  Therefore, learn to praise God even in difficult seasons. Praise does not mean you deny your problems; it means you acknowledge that God is greater than your problem in Jesus  name.

Prayer Point:

Oh Lord, give me a heart of praise even in difficult seasons as you help me to trust Your faithfulness and worship regardless of my circumstances in Jesus’ name.

Action Quote: Friends, learn to praise God before the breakthrough, because your circumstances may change, but God remains worthy of your praise.

That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man.

Friends, true strength in life does not come from your physical ability, intellect, or resources, but from the Spirit of God residing within you through several encounters with His Word. Yes, there are seasons when life feels overwhelming, when emotional exhaustion sets in, and human effort fails to move the mountain before you, but your inner man must be connected with God for strength. In those moments of weakness, relying on your own flesh will only leave you weary. But, Paul understood this truth when he prayed for the believers to be empowered from within by God’s Spirit.

Interesting, when the Spirit of God empowers your inner man, your perspective shifts from fear to faith. Samson was ordinary until the Spirit of the Lord came upon him, enabling him to break impossible chains. Zechariah 4:6 reminds us, "Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, saith the LORD of hosts." The Holy Spirit revitalizes your faith, gives you wisdom when you are confused, and restores your peace amidst chaos. So, stop trying to fight spiritual battles with natural strength. Surrender your limitations to the Holy Spirit today, and allow His supernatural power to lift you above every trial today in Jesus name.

Prayer Point:

Father, fill me afresh with Your Holy Spirit; strengthen my inner man with Your divine power, remove every spiritual weariness, and grant me victory over life's challenges, in Jesus' name. Amen.

Action Quote: When human effort reaches its limit, the power of the Holy Spirit steps in to grant you supernatural strength.

He that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear.

Friends, there is One who is mightier than you, mightier than your challenges, mightier than your enemies, and mightier than anything you may face in life. His name is Jesus. John the Baptist recognized the greatness of Christ when he declared, “He that cometh after me is mightier than I.” Sometimes, we become overwhelmed because we focus more on the size of our problems than on the greatness of our God. We look at our weaknesses, and circumstances and conclude that there is no way forward. But when you remember that Jesus is mightier than you, your perspective begins to change. David faced Goliath, but he did not depend on his own physical strength. He trusted in the power of God.  Also, the disciples faced a storm that was beyond their ability to control, but Jesus spoke to the wind and the sea, and there was a great calm. Jeremiah 32:27 - Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there anything too hard for me?

Amazingly, the One who is with you is mightier than the battle before you. He is mightier than fear, mightier than disappointment, mightier than rejection, mightier than lack, and mightier than every obstacle standing in your way. When your strength is failing, depend on His strength. When you don't know what to do, trust His wisdom. Isaiah 41:10 Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee. When you cannot see the way forward, trust the One who already knows the way. The same Jesus who calmed the storm can bring peace into your troubled heart. The same Jesus who delivered Daniel can deliver you from what seeks to destroy you. The same Jesus who raised Lazarus can bring life into situations that appear hopeless. Therefore, don't allow your weakness to make you forget His greatness in Jesus name. 

Prayer Point:

Father, help me to trust in Your mighty power in every situation that is beyond my ability as you fight my battles, strengthen my heart, and lead me in victory, in Jesus name. Amen.

Action Quote:  Friends, when your strength is not enough, remember that the One who is with you is mightier than anything standing against you.

Now when he had left speaking, he said unto Simon, Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught.

Friends, there are levels in God that you cannot experience by remaining in the shallow. So, God is calling you into the deep, not because where you are is bad, but because there are more He wants to reveal, teach, and entrust to you. Jesus told Peter, “Launch out into the deep.” Peter had already worked all night and caught nothing, yet Jesus was asking him to go beyond what was familiar and comfortable. Hence, Peter did not allow his previous disappointment stop him but he obeyed Jesus. But when he followed the instruction, he experienced an extraordinary catch. Therefore, your next level requires you to move beyond your comfort zone and trust God's instruction even when your previous experience tells you otherwise. Ezekiel 47:3–5 (KJV) shows a powerful picture of increasing depth. The water moved from the ankles, to the knees, to the loins, until it became “a river that I could not pass over.” So, there is deeper dimensions of God's presence, Word, prayer, faith, and purpose that require greater surrender. You cannot discover everything God has placed inside you while remaining at the same spiritual level.

Interestingly, the deep may require courage because you cannot always see what is beneath the surface. But when Jesus says launch out, trust Him with the journey. Don't allow fear, disappointment, familiarity, or past failure to keep you in shallow waters. There is more in God, and there is more in you that will only be discovered when you are willing to go deeper. Also, Jeremiah 33:3 (KJV) says, “Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.” God has things to show you that you have not yet seen and depths you have not yet explored. Therefore, don't be satisfied with yesterday's encounter, yesterday's revelation, or yesterday's spiritual experience. But go deeper in prayer, in studying the Word, in obedience and in your relationship with God. I pray that God will give you the grace to leave the shallow places, pursue Him wholeheartedly, and discover the depths of His purpose for your life in Jesus' name.

Prayer Point:

Father, give us the grace to go deeper in our relationships and in God’s Word. May we obey His instructions, and experience the deeper dimensions of His purpose in Jesus’ name.

Action Quote: Friends, don't remain in the shallow when God is calling you deeper because there is more of God to discover and more of your purpose to fulfil.

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

Friends, sometimes we assume that opposition means God has forgotten us. But the scripture above reveals something powerful that God can prepare a table for you even in the presence of those who oppose you. For instance, David had enemies, but their presence did not cancel God's blessing upon his life. In fact, God prepared a table before him in their presence. This teaches us that the success, favour, and purpose God has ordained for your life cannot be stopped by people who oppose you. Genesis 50:20 - But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.

Amazingly, Joseph's brothers tried to destroy his future by selling him into slavery, but God turned what they intended for evil into something that preserved many lives. Joseph eventually declared “But God meant it unto good.”  Also, Isaiah 54:17 - No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD. Therefore, don't spend your life trying to prove yourself to your enemies. Remember, promotion ultimately comes from God. So, stay faithful to God, keep doing what is right, and allow Him to defend and honour you in His own time. Though, your table may not look like someone else's table, but when God prepares it, no enemy can take it away. I pray your cup will still run over even when opposition surrounds you in Jesus name.

Prayer Point:

Father, help me to remain faithful when I face opposition as Your favour, grace, and purpose prevail in my life despite every opposition in Jesus’ name.

Action Quote: Friends, don't allow opposition to make you doubt God's plan, so if God prepares the table, your enemies cannot cancel your blessing.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me.

Friends, we all experience seasons that feel like valleys which can be times of pain, uncertainty, disappointment, loss, rejection, or difficulty. But notice that David said, “though I walk through the valley.” He did not say he would remain there forever. The valley is a place you pass through, not necessarily a place where you are meant to stay. Yes, when we are going through difficult seasons, we begin to think that our situation will never change. But God can use even the valley to strengthen our faith, develop our character, and prepare us for what lies ahead. Joshua 1:9 - Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.

Amazingly, the three Hebrew boys were thrown into a fiery furnace, but God was with them in the fire. Daniel was thrown into the lions' den, but God shut the lions' mouths. Their difficult seasons did not mean that God had abandoned them. Isaiah 43:2 says, - When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.  Therefore, don't let your valley convince you that God is absent. His presence is with you in the valley just as it is on the mountaintop. Hence, let’s keep walking, trusting, and keep believing, because God is able to bring you through the negative experience with a new testimony in Jesus name

Prayer Point:

Father, strengthen me in every valley and help me to remember that Your presence is always with me as you lead me safely through every difficult season in Jesus’ name.

Action Quote: Friends, don't build your permanent home in a temporary valley but keep walking because God is leading you through.

Text: Psalm 23:4 (KJV)

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.”

Even when I walk through the darkest valley, I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me. Your rod and your staff protect and comfort me. (NLT)

Friends, the rod and staff of a shepherd represent protection, correction, guidance, and care. David understood that God's presence was not only comforting but also protective. The same God who leads us also watches over us and corrects us when necessary. Psalm 32:7 - Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance.  Hence, we may not understand why God says “no” to certain things or why He redirects us from certain relationships, opportunities, or decisions. But God's correction is an expression of His love. Hebrews 12:6 says, “For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.”

Amazingly, a loving parent does not allow a child to walk into danger simply because the child wants to. In the same way, God always uses His Word, His Spirit, wise counsel, or circumstances to correct our direction and keep us from destruction. Proverbs 3:11–12 - My son, despise not the chastening of the LORD; neither be weary of his correction: For whom the LORD loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son in whom he delighteth. Therefore, don't resist God's correction. His rod is not meant to destroy you; it is meant to keep you safe, restore you when you wander, and guide you back to the right path in Jesus name.

Prayer Point:

Father, give me a teachable heart to receive Your correction and wisdom to follow Your guidance in Jesus’ name.

Action Quote: Friends, God's correction is not rejection; but it is His loving way of protecting you from the wrong path.

Friends, life is filled with decisions, opportunities, relationships, and different directions we can take. Sometimes, what looks attractive may not be what God wants for us. That is why we need God's guidance to lead us on the right path. The Bible says, Proverbs 14:12 - There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death. This teaches us that our own understanding is not always enough. We may sincerely believe we are making the right choice and still choose the wrong direction.

Amazingly, Joseph experienced different seasons in his life, being sold by his brothers, serving in Potiphar's house, going to prison, and eventually becoming a ruler in Egypt. Although the journey was difficult, but do you know that God was directing his steps toward His purpose. Proverbs 3:5–6 says, “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” Therefore, don't rush and go ahead of God. Before making important decisions, seek His direction through prayer and His Word. The right path may not always be the easiest path, but it will lead you toward God's purpose for your life in Jesus' name.

Father, guide my decisions and lead me on the path of righteousness. Keep me from making choices that will take me away from Your purpose in Jesus’ name.

The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.

Friends, one of the greatest assurances we have as children of God is that our Father knows and cares about all our needs. David confidently declared, “I shall not want,” because he understood that the Lord was his Shepherd. His confidence was not based on the abundance of material possessions but on the faithfulness of God beyond physical needs. Sometimes, we look at what we don't have and begin to feel that we are in lack. We compare ourselves with others, become discouraged, and wonder when our own needs will be met. But God's provision is not limited to what we can see today. Remember, that your lack is actually an assumption because there are things you have in excess but most times we tend to forget and focus on material needs. Philippians 4:19 says, “But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”

Amazingly, God provided for the Israelites throughout their wilderness journey. He gave them manna when there was no food, water when they were thirsty, and direction when they did not know where to go. This reminds us that God is able to provide even in places where provision seems impossible. Therefore, don't allow your present situation to convince you that God has forgotten you. Let’s learn to trust the good Shepherd. He knows what you need, He knows when you need it, and He is able to make a way where there seems to be no way in Jesus name.

Father, help me to trust Your abundant provision and never allow comparison to make me doubt Your supernatural supplies in Jesus’ name.
