God Changes the Story

Text: Psalm 126:3 (KJV)
The LORD hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad.

Friends, God has the power to change the story of a person's life. The scriptures above reminds us to looks back at what God had done and declares that His people were filled with gladness. Their story had changed because God had intervened. Throughout Scripture, we see God changing stories. Joseph moved from the pit to the palace. Hannah moved from sorrow to rejoicing. Ruth moved from widowhood to becoming part of the lineage of David. Their circumstances did not have the final word but God did. Genesis 50:20 But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.

Unfortunately, your current chapter maybe difficult and negative, but do not conclude the story too early. God can turn rejection into acceptance, sorrow into joy, failure into wisdom, and waiting into testimony. Isaiah 43:19 says, “Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.  So, trust God with your story as we submit the burdens to Him. The chapter you are living today may not be the chapter you will remember tomorrow. Remember, God is still working, and He can change your story for His glory no matter your current season in Jesus name.

Prayer Point:
Oh Lord, take every difficult chapter of my life and turn it into a testimony of Your goodness, restoration, and faithfulness, in Jesus' name. Amen.

Action Quote: Remember, your current chapter is not the end of your story; God can still change the story.
