Be strong in His Might

 Text: Ephesians 6:10-11 (KJV)

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of His might.  Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil

Friends, we need God’s strength in either spiritual or physical battles as a key to overcome all. Yes, life is filled with battles but that is the proof of your existence and growth as each friction gives way to new experience. But we must develop scriptural and spiritual mentality as to receive boldness that empowers our physical strength to overcome the difficult delay moment.  Romans 8:37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us. The battle can be seen or unseen as the invisible controls the visible but by all means, life is busy with battles. Cheer up, His might is there for you. We need this inner strength that comes as we trust in the capacity of God. Therefore, it is important we build strength today for the battle ahead but remember not by might no matter the human energy. Isaiah 40:29 - He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. Let’s rely on God, He will not fail us as he carries us through the tempest and contrary winds of life.

Interestingly, our victory is wrapped up in His promise in every phase of challenge because the strength of man will fail at a time you cannot imagine. Therefore, let’s run to God as our refuge and we shall leap over the walls. Psalm 18:29 - For by thee I have run through a troop; and by my God have I leaped over a wall. Remember, there is a divine provision as an armour to subdue the plans of the enemy over our lives in the storm. And today, we need the helmet of salvation, faith in God, sword of the spirit that empowers our strength within. Therefore, let’s trust God, stay rooted in the word as we remain fervent in prayer today for our victory tomorrow in Jesus name.

1. Heavenly father strengthen my heart, for on my own I can do nothing but by your strength I will triumph valiantly in Jesus name.
