No Limit: Rise Up and Walk

Text: Acts 3:6(KJV)

Then Peter said, ‘Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk

Friends, there are simple and powerful words that can mark a turning point in the life of an individual. For instance the word “Rise Up and Walk” speaks about giving direction to his position for a progressive living. Yes, it was a loaded phrase. Psalm 107:20 - He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions. Though, this man was born lame with a limit but a word of instruction by faith gave strength to his ankle bones at the beautiful gate. We can see that God’s instruction is a command embedded with unending blessings but we need the right attitude to access the inheritance. Isaiah 60:1 - Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee. So, he received more than alms for a new beginning as he is rising into new life through the name of Jesus.

Amazingly, he was living out what God has done as God’s power does not just change our condition but moves us to a new glory. Remember, faith is not complete until there is obedience as a response. Isaiah 35:6 - Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert. Hence, he is rising up to leave the posture of defeat, fear, and limitation as he moves forwards in the new strength. So, let’s embrace Jesus, the giver of the command and the power to rise, walk, and live victoriously today, in Jesus name.

PRAYER POINT:

Heavenly father, by the power in the name of Jesus I receive grace and strength to rise above every form of limitation as I walk into my divine purpose this season, in Jesus name.

ACTION QUOTE: Remember, a step of obedience activates divine power.
