Sprinkling of the blood of Jesus over our Nation

Text: Hebrew 12:24(KJV)

And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.

·         Friends, sprinkling of the blood of Jesus represents applying the finished work of Christ into our lives or our nation for her redemption, cleansing, protection, and covenant blessings. It is not a physical act rather an intercessory prophetic strategy which come by our faith declaration experience. It is when the blood was placed on the door post of the children of Israel that they experienced exemption and deliverance in their time. Exodus 12:13 - And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you… Hence, the blood purifies us from all guilt, accusation and protects us from evil, harm and attacks to our nation. It breaks the evil cycles and patterns which comes to us by mercy over our nation’s destiny. And every evil covenant, violence, bloodshed, corruption, and darkness shall be broken by the power of the blood. Revelation 12:11- And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony

Interestingly, the blood of Jesus can cleanse our national identity and purge us away from every stain, guilt, or past mistakes including foundational stronghold that may be connected to us and make us whole again. 1 John 1:7 The blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. Yes, it purges and restores what is polluted and our national sins included. The cleansing power of the God can affect our leadership, the people, the economy and our land in general. I pray by this covenant no evil pattern shall stand against us by God’s mercy in Jesus name.

Oh Lord, I sprinkle the blood of Jesus over Nigeria and may the blood speak wherever the name of this nation is mentioned in Jesus name.
