Our Limitless God

 

Text: Zephaniah 3:17 (KJV)

The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.

Friends, have you thought about life, in that, no matter the number of millions of people in the world, if they get to the ocean to fetch water and reach out with their hands, it will make no impact to reduce the volume of water in the sea. The good news is that the God in the midst of you is mighty is all. John 10:10b I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. It makes no change in the capacity of our God because our God is limitless. He is inexhaustible and boundless.  Hence, they could each take as much as they wanted, still the ocean will remain unchanged. Infact, we can’t alter the power and mightiness of our God even though it has supplied all the needs of every person in shore. Phil4:¹⁹ But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus

Amazingly, our God can be everywhere meeting everyone’s needs at the same time, as there is no limit to God’s love. There is no limit to God’s mercy. Psalm 36:5 Thy mercy, O Lord, is in the heavens; and thy faithfulness reacheth unto the clouds. And there is no limit to God’s power. There is no limit to God’s supplies. Also, remember, there is no limit to God’s wisdom. Indeed, his goodness is endless from generation to generation. I pray we shall also experience his limitless grace today in Jesus name.

Almighty God, may your glorious thoughts and cares meet us at every point of our needs with your ceaseless love in Jesus name.
