Acknowledge His Escape

 

Happy New Month of November

Text:Psalm 124:6-7 (KJV)

Blessed be the Lord, which hath not given us as a prey to their teeth. Our soul is escaped as a bird out of the snare of the fowlers, the snare is broken, and we are escaped.

Congratulation to everyone in this big family of God.

 

Wow. Friends, we must return to God in thanks and gladness as it has been the help of the God that has carried us to this glorious new beginning of another brilliant month with excellent happenings. According to Psalm 121:2 My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth. Hence, let’s lift up our eyes to heaven as He has gone ahead of us.  Beloved, yesterday is gone and it is a thing of Joy that we are standing despite all the storms of life. But the good news is that we are walking into another realm of God’s agenda in a grand style because His plans are for peace. Psalm 91:2 - I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God in Him will I trust. Therefore, celebrate God today because if it has not been the Lord who was on side, we would not be where we are now despite the uncertainties.  Yes, the wicked fought in different ways to swallow and even to overwhelm us, but we give God all the glory for he did not give us as a pray to their teeth.

 

Interestingly, we escaped from their traps as the snare is broken because our help indeed is the name of Lord. Amazingly, we have a strong tower on who we anchor and can run to by calling on the name of Jesus who is our stronghold. Proverbs 18:10 "The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe. So, I encourage us to walk into this new month with this assurance that we have escaped because he has covered us with His wings by His loving kindness in Jesus name.

 

PRAYER POINT:

1.       Father, may the Lord continue to keep and shield us as He preserves our going out and coming in Jesus name.
