Text: Proverbs 13:20 (KJV)
He that walketh
with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed.
Friends, it is time to show and select right companion, as it tells who you are and what you
can do. Unfortunately, a lot of people are still victims of bad company,
and this has led to them losing so many opportunities. Friendship is a valuable
necessity for us but many made wrong choice of friends and it has influenced
them negatively. Proverbs 12:26 (NIV) - The righteous
choose their friends carefully, but the way of the wicked leads them astray.
Therefore, there is a need for us to spend quality time with the impactful
individuals and not with the wrong company. Friendship is a vital asset, and
God has given us freedom of choice, so, let’s choose them wisely and carefully.
Interestingly, man loves
companionship by nature. So, we are encouraged to FOLLOW THE WISE for our
safety as it also makes us to grow with tangible results to show. Proverbs 27:17 (ERV) - As one piece
of iron sharpens another, so friends keep each other sharp. In fact, being safe with our association is a critical aspect
of man for a joyful and peaceful living. Remember, a genuine friend will be
bold enough to criticize when you do wrong so that you will still achieve your great
dream. But the fact remains that we can only choose right friends with the help
of God because He is the best friends that sticks closest and He will guide you
to the true path of life. And I pray we too shall become a good friend to
someone today in Jesus name.

1. Father surround us with positive-minded friends that will
be a succor for improved personality in Jesus name.
