Text: Philippians 3:14 (KJV)

I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

Friends, we must labour to win the prize that is set before us despite oppositions on the way. It is a striving race if we must achieve a great mark because many are also on track for the race.   You should never feel, you have arrived rather strive the more because there are still next level experience as to achieve heights. 1 Cori. 9:25 And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown: but we an incorruptible.  So, let’s run not as uncertainty but with full assurance to obtain the prize.  Remember, there are still excellence ahead at each point of attainment, no matter the glory of yesterday.

Amazingly, our accomplishments are in levels that is why we must keep pushing to the mountain top. But, the good news is that, the more you know Him, the more you encounter the prize of His high calling which opens up to us in chapters. 2Timothy 4:7- I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith. We must pursue to achieve but focus on keeping our integrity and personality.  Therefore, our utmost desire should be to end the race with a reward.  So, never allow the barriers to limit you but press and press again beyond the hindrances as to enjoy the victory at last. We must learn to treasure it with great value and preserve it for honour. So, don’t get relaxed with your current level of intimacy with the almighty rather search Him more for a new experience in Jesus name.

PRAYER POINT:

1.Father, help us to be conscious of keeping to the rules of the game as to avoid disqualified crown of shame in Jesus name.
