Live Lively and Hopeful

Text: 1Peter1:3 (KJV)

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.

Friends, the death of Jesus on the cross has granted us again a benefit of lively hope which we must recognize as we journey in life because it came to us as an inheritance.  This is a life of living hopeful and not hopeless no matter the pressures around.  The amazing part of this attitude is that you wake up so confident and determine not to be moved by the situations that life brings your way, it basically strengthens your faith in God. In this case, you live lively because His promises are unfading, incorruptible and never perish. 1Peter1:4- To an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you. We must therefore fill our hearts with God’s word and worth for a life of excitement.

Interestingly, we should also learn to live a life full of active living or a life full of hope, this makes us to activate the untapped areas of our lives. Therefore, the death and resurrection of Jesus has granted us access to new life and refined future. So, do not entertain empty hope at all even in those low moments of discouragement that has led many to frustration. Luke 24:26 - Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into his glory? The truth about life is that many people are alive physically, but they are dead everywhere else, and this is mostly because of their dead hope. So, I urge you to live excited and be full of hope today in Jesus name.

PRAYER POINT:

1.Father, help us to live happy and hopeful, based on your promises that cannot fail in Jesus name.

ACTION QUOTE: Remember, for a lasting and living hope, your anchor must be in Christ.
