Text: Psalms 84:6 (KJV)
Who passing through the valley of Baca make it a well;
the rain also filleth the pools.
Friends, God is still in the business of filling our valley
and our emptiness. It is a harsh moment and a time to test our faith. There are
times in our lives, when things do not go as planned. That is how life is. Job 14:1- Man that is
born of a woman is of few days, and full of trouble. The truth about
life is, to get to the top of the mountain, you have to pass through the
valley. You cannot jump to the top just like that. There are moments of
hopelessness, isolation, and moments of inactivity in life. God is still God in
that bad time and in the good time.
Thankfully, the good news is, God is our refuge and is
ever-present in times of trouble. A valley of Baca was a passage to the top. We
all pass through things, but for us to result in a “WELL”, we need an
encounter; this encounter is based on our revelation from God in that state. For
David, he made a WELL out of his low moment and the best part of it is that the
pool was full with rain. Psalms 23:4- Yea, though I walk through the valley of shallow
of death, I will fear no evil; for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they
comfort me. Always remember, you are not alone in that valley of life
and it must not end in pain or death in Jesus name.
PRAYER POINT:
1) Oh Lord, equip us to turn our disadvantages to become an
advantage as we journey to a glorious destiny in Jesus name.
ACTION QUOTE: Remember, the valley experience can become a road map to the top..
