John14:27 (KJV)
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you:
not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled,
neither let it be afraid.
Friends,
Christ left the gospel of reconciliation which brings us to the place of peace
today. There is barrenness to the real
gospel of peace today, which is the exact message from above that will go with
His peace. We suppose to see burden dropped at the feet of Jesus after the
preaching and the hearing of the gospel of peace. As believers, our experience
should be different from that of the world.
Philippians
4:7- And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your
hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Surprisingly, it is evident to us that there is a scarcity of
genuine peace in our world of today; as a result of worry and anxiety for the
future. This attitude of worrying is allowed to happen, but it is not meant to
take a hold of us. It says Matthew 6:34 (NIV) - Therefore do not
worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough
trouble of its own. We,
as children of God, have been given a great privilege and that is the gift of
peace. So, I urge you to allow the God of peace to settle you with unspeakable
peace and see your life turnaround. I am waiting for your testimony.
PRAYER POINT:
1. Oh Lord, may I encounter this
wonderful concept that God is a God of peace by revelation in Jesus name.
ACTION QUOTE: Friends, peace is not the absence of challenge rather embrace the prince of Peace in all.
