Text: Genesis 1:4 (KJV)
And God saw the light, that
it was good; and God divided the light from the darkness.
Friends, there is a responsibility on
you that you cannot delegate to others. The presence of darkness is an
assignment of responsibility. So, do not allow it to distract you because that
darkness today is a potential testimony if you can silence it. It is not a time
to make excuses of your challenge but to take action. The scripture above
reminds us the need to see the answers and also the concerns. Also, your challenges should live you with a
determination not to watch events but to take step that will prepare you for
tomorrow’s testimony while the answers lives with a testimony for today. We can now see the way God battles darkness
by separating the two. Gen.1:18 And to rule over the
day and over the night and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw
that it was good.
Interestingly, God took the
responsibility to divide the darkness from light and that was what brought the
replicating effect of light. He overlooked the presence of darkness in the
process of the creation by setting them apart. He rather gave darkness an
assignment in which he called Night. Beloved, you might just need a separation from
that dark situation so it does limit your output. Remember, night became a processing
moment as to avoid the distraction but has no resistance at the instant of
light. So, declare a word and God will make
it happen in Jesus name.

1. Father, help us to act on the darkness by
declaration of a word that will set it apart for day outcome in Jesus name.
