Text: Isaiah 12:3 (KJV)
Therefore
with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.
From our text above, we are told
about a Well of Salvation which is a unique one, but for one
to enjoy the comprehensive package in this Well, one must have a right attitude. One mistake we make is that, we hold onto wells which have no
water in it. We usually think that we are at the right source of gift but until
God opens our eyes, we will not see that the well we are drawing from is dry which has made many frustrated. This
amazing well of salvation is filled with living water and it has both spiritual
and physical benefits. John 4:10- Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the
gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest
have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.
This well of living water is ageless, seasonless, and endless, also it never
runs dry. Therefore, we must make effort to draw from this fountain of life. I
tell you, once you have tasted from this well, your life will never remains the same because this living
water quenches all dry and thirsty space or moment in your life.
We should not be afraid to draw
from the well but instead we should be confident in it because the living water
in this well gives supernatural strength. I urge you not to make excuses like
the Samaritan woman who said she had nothing to use to draw the water, and also
never allow those fears to affect you because it will limit you from getting
God’s gift. Therefore,
start today to draw deep into the well of life and see your life become a
wonder to the world in Jesus name.
PRAYER POINTS:
1. Oh Lord, overtake me with the
attitude of joy, so as to draw from the loaded well of gifts and diverse
blessings, in Jesus name.
2. Father, may joy not dry up or
get withered in my life, in Jesus name.
ACTION QUOTE: There is variety in his room of abundance,
don't be silent.
