The Strong and Faithful God

 

Text: Psalm 89:8 (KJV)

O Lord God of hosts, who is a strong Lord like unto thee? or to thy faithfulness round about thee?

I know there are so many events happening currently around us which tend to pose questions in our hearts, but beloved, I encourage you not to forget that our God who is sees all is strong and faithful all round. Beloved, that arrogant ragging storm may make us faint or get discouraged, but we should not forget in all those storms our God rules over all, for His capacity and authenticity are greater than all. He is stronger than the strongest. There is no one that can be compared to Him or can be like Him, so always remember He has and will continue to fulfill His promises to His children. I encourage us, again and again, do not lose faith but instead remain strong in faith because He is faithful to the end.  Romans 4:20-He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God. His qualities are ageless and timeless, so celebrate because He will display His works in our lives.

The truth is, even with man's involvement to evil, God is still faithful to His covenant promises because of His dynamic love towards man.  He supplies us in abundance, so do not give up but instead remember His faithfulness in time past and it is forever. He has sworn and will perform all His promises. Psalms 77:11-I will remember the works of the Lord: surely I will remember thy wonders of old. God is an unchanging God, and that is a proof that He remains faithful to His own, so do not allow the pressures to make you begin to doubt His personality. Always remember Deuteronomy 31:6-Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. Therefore, be confident in Him and see those events become a testimony in Jesus name. 

PRAYER POINTS: 

1.Oh Lord, arise and defend your personality again in my life no matter the difficult case in Jesus name.

2. Father, please help me to trust your faithfulness and ability beyond my desire, in Jesus name.
