God’s Invitation to Become

Text: John.1:11-12 (KJV)

11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not.12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name.

The best invitation we have ever received is becoming the sons and daughters of the Most High. Although many people still reject His invitation due to their ignorance of the potential benefits, we must remember it is a great privilege because you are receiving the power to become. This is an open invitation with open cheque and you are permitted to fill any desire.  The truth is, becoming a son of God is a very special privilege, and we must preserve it. Due to our accepting this invitation, we have been given access to liberty, and this is a spiritual privilege and entitlement, which also reflects physically. Not only that, but we have also been given spiritual power, and this power can do high exploits with Jesus. So that means our worth as believers keep rising as we become more like Him. Ephesians 3:20- Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us. I tell you this power bestowed on us do not just keep us at the same level, but it makes us to become a highflier. Isn’t that amazing?

Interestingly, grace takes us to the fullness of this call of distinction and outstanding performance, and it also separates us from the crowd. The truth is, each and every one of us is qualified to be a highflier, and that can be done by us believing in Him. There are altitudes and heights that God has set for us as we are far above entities, and it is our love for Him that takes us to that point. 2 Peter 1:4a- Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature. I tell you, we can reach those heights and always remember all things are possible with God because you received Him to become. So I urge you to grow more in your love for Him and experience being a child of the most high in Jesus name.

PRAYER POINTS: 

1. Oh Lord, please help us to absolutely receive Him as to enjoy our ordained height in this kingdom, in Jesus name.

2. Father, please may we begin to understand the inheritance that is stored as we become like Christ in Jesus name.
