Text: Genesis
8:22 (KJV)
While the earth
remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and
day and night shall not cease.
The truth about life is that many things
are operating under covenant, and they cannot be altered by human philosophy;
one of them is the seasons of life. The wonderful part is that God is the
creator of seasons and systems, and we should be grateful to Him because He
also has the power to control them. No season is permanent, and there is always
a time for harvest, so do not give up rather be sensitive because this period
might be your harvest season. AMEN!! Galatians 6:9- And let us not be
weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap if we faint not. We must always remember to make the
most of every season we find ourselves. The question we should ask ourselves
is, what season of life am I in currently? The truth is every season of life is
all connected, and each one of them brings about the birth of others. There is
always a lesson learnt from each season, and they are all to help with our
future harvest. SO BE SENSITIVE.
One fact we must always remember is
that there is a time for everything. Ecclesiastes3:1-To everything there
is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven. That means there is a seedtime and a
harvest time for each season of life we are in today and it requires sacrifice.
God has given us an opportunity with different seasons, and He has made all of
them beautiful in His own time, so we must utilize them. The fact remains that
every season has something attached to it as there are two destinations in
everything. Some might be full of sorrow, some might be rosy and enjoyable, while
some might be dark and thick, but we must remember to align our actions to
those seasons. Never get discouraged with that season you are in, but instead spice that season with the best salt, which
is the Word of God.
PRAYER POINTS:
1. Oh Lord, please help me to sacrifice and invest maximally
in my season today as to experience bountiful harvest tomorrow, in Jesus name.
2. Oh Lord, may I recover my lost seasons by God’s mercy for
profiting in Jesus name.
ACTION QUOTE: If you are in your sacrificial season today watch out for your harvest season tomorrow.
