New Song, New Mouth.

 

Text: Psalms 40:3 (KJV)

And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the Lord.

I know many consciously entered into new season with songs of melody. I believe that should be a natural attitude when walking into any next level as it is a privilege. Do not allow the circumstances of life to drive you out of this behaviour.  Also, let’s rise to thank God for the opportunity given to us in this brand new season. Learn not to enter into a new season grudgingly but with a new song because it is an opening for good tidings. Should I say, cultivate the habit of moving into new season with a heart full of new songs in your mouth. Unfortunately, many by default enter into a new day busy with all electronic gadgets instead of walking into His presence with songs with heart of worship. Many of us take waking and seeing a new season as a norm, but that is not meant to be so. Many might have had plans for the new season, but it is to no avail; that is why we must live with a new song as believers and true children of God. This song is like an appreciation to God. We should know how to open any new chapter with greetings in songs. This greeting to God should not be a request of desire rather a worship of honour for his position as the Lord of Lords as to reflect on His wonders in our lives. Psalm3:5 I laid me down and slept; I awaked for the Lord sustained me. The greatest wonder among all of them is the gift of life. This new song is not an anyhow song but crafted with understanding that reflects His great works in our lives by thinking deeply and singing joyfully and loudly. Psalms 33:3- Sing unto him a new song; play skillfully with a loud noise. Beloved, it would be best if you can initiate a new song to unlock and sustain the miracle of a fresh start.  It will definitely land you in an unexplainable and explosive realm of experience.

Interestingly, God has done many wonderful things for us, so be happy.  Remember, He has brought you out of the horrible and unimaginable pit and from slippery clay. Do not forget His wonders to you so quickly and start to list new requests again.  I tell you, this new song and new mouth should be intentional. It is an effortless and noiseless realm where you abandon all to God. Let us develop a new attitude to sing that will equally make people wonder and encounter your new revelation in his presence. Matthew 8:27- But the men marvelled, saying, What manner of man is this……Isaiah42:10- Sing unto the Lord a new song, and his praise from the end of the earth, ye that go down to the sea, and all that is therein; the isles, and the inhabitants thereof. This new song can convert your long-lasting prayer requests to a testimony. This is the best time to start singing and watch those hanging testimonies roll in faster. Hallelujah!!!!!

PRAYER POINTS: 

1.Father, help us to intentionally develop a new attitude with a new song of worship in Jesus name. 

2. Oh Lord, please fill our mouth with a fresh outbreak of light at the place of praises in Jesus name.
