The Weight of Pain Is Over

Text: Psalm 126:5 (KJV)
They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.

Friends, weeping can become a weight that may describe a season in the life of an individual. Yes, there can be an aftermath of your negative experiences.  But it does not have to define your entire life and story because it is only a temporary season. Yet, there are moments when sorrow seems endless, but God's Word reminds us that joy can follow the tears of that season if we walk in understanding of divine principles of times and seasons. Psalm 30:5 declares, “Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.”

Perhaps you have cried over a relationship, a lost opportunity, a difficult season, or a prayer that seems unanswered. But, God sees every weight on you and knows every burden you have carried. Psalm 56:8 reminds us that He keeps track of our tears. Your pain has not gone unnoticed. The night may have been long, but the goodnews is that your morning is coming. Hence, keep your heart anchored in God. He can replace weight and that mourning with joy, heaviness with praise, and sorrow with a new song as He turns captivities around. The weeping weight is not your permanent destination if only you allow a fresh encounter with God, today. He is able to carry you with the wings of joy in Jesus name.

Prayer Point:
Father, wipe away every tear of sorrow that has become a weight and bring me into a new season of peace, and gladness, in Jesus' name. Amen.

Action Quote: Remember, the weight can be reason for today’s tears but God's joy can write the next chapter.
