I Will Restore

Text: Joel 2:25 (KJV)
And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you

Friends, God is not only a giver but also, He is a Restorer. Hence, no matter what has been lost, wasted, delayed, or broken, God has the power to bring it back in a way that only He can. The pain of lost time, missed opportunities, or seasons of struggle can feel heavy, but God’s promise is clear: “I will restore.” This means nothing in your life is beyond His ability to recover, redeem, and rebuild. Sometimes, life happens in ways we don’t understand even doors close, plans fail, and time seems to slip away. But God does not operate within human limitations. What took years to lose, He can restore in a moment.  What seemed permanently gone, He can bring back with increase. His restoration is not just about returning what was lost, but making it better, stronger, and more meaningful than before. Jeremiah 30:17 reminds us, “For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds.” This shows that God’s restoration covers every area.

Therefore, let’s release every regret, every disappointment into God’s hands. He is able to rewrite that story. Even in seasons that felt empty, God was still present, preserving you for a greater comeback. Zechariah 9:12: Turn you to the strong hold, ye prisoners of hope: even today do I declare that I will render double unto thee. However, restoration is not just coming but it is part of God’s plan for your life. You can receive the grace of restoration with hope and expectation, today.  So, remind yourself that your best days are not behind you rather they are ahead. Also, learn to thank God in advance for the restoration He is already working out. I encourage you because God will restore all that concerns you, and your testimony will be undeniable, in Jesus’ name.

Prayer Point:

Father, restore everything I have lost including time, opportunities, strength, and joy. Let Your restoring power be evident in my life in Jesus’ name.

Action Quote: Friends, let go of the past because God is restoring your life with greater glory ahead.
