His Voice to DO ALL

His Voice to DO ALL

Text: Deuteronomy 28:1 (KJV)

And it shall come to pass, if thou shall hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth.

Friends, for us to experience increase or elevation in life, we must learn to hear the clear voice of the God who we follow as to do all. Though He speaks in diverse ways, we must align with His standard because He is the Good Shepherd. The closer you are to Him, the more familiar you become with His voice. Many miss their blessings because they neither recognize nor understand when God speaks. Yet Scripture says His sheep hear His voice, He calls them by name, and they follow Him.John 10:4- And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice. Also, in John 10:27-28- My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. And I give them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall anyone pluck them out of my hand. The question today is, do you still hear His voice, or has it become strange to you? The language of His voice is His Word. But when you hear, do you obey? To keep hearing, you must keep obeying. Ask yourself: What was His last instruction to me? Did I act on it before asking for another command?John 8:47- He who is of God hears God’s words; therefore you do not hear because you are not of God. This reminds us that those who belong to God hear His words as a criteria to do all in obedience.

Interestingly, in a world full of many voices, both positive and negativewe must walk closely with God to discern His real voice. Abraham obeyed God even when asked to sacrifice Isaac because he was used to responding to God’s leading. Obedience positions us for blessing; while disobedience exposes us to loss and curse.Acts 1:1- The former treatise have I made, O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began both to do and teach. There comes a point where you cannot ignore His voice because once you hear, you act. His Word is spirit and life, provoking us to obedience. Therefore, we must be careful because partial, delayed, or incomplete obedience is still disobedience and leads nowhere. So,let’s return daily to His voice to do all through the Bible, prayer, and worship. Be sensitive to His leading, even when He speaks through people or situations. As you obey consistently, you will grow in clarity, direction, and divine purpose. I pray God helps us to hear and obey Him always in Jesus name Amen.

PRAYER POINTS:

1.       1.Father, help me to discern and distinguish the clear voice of my Master, and obey it completely even when the voice of the enemy is        speaking, in Jesus name.

2.       2.Father, I silence the voice of the enemy that has made me forfeit my blessings in Jesus name.

3.       3. Father, I disassociate myself from the wrong company that has become a barrier to the clarity of my channel of communication with You, in Jesus name.

ACTION QUOTE: Are you obeying the voice of God in that new idea you are having or the alternative voices?
