The Seed of my Miracle

 

Text: Mathew 17:20(KJV)

And Jesus said unto them, because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, if ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.

Friends, it is important we recognize that every miracle God births in our lives begins as a seed.  Yes, we need a little act of faith, obedience, prayer, sacrifice and ultimately the little oil in your house is indeed a seed for the miraculous. Zechariah 4:10 - Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin. God always starts with what you have in your house. Therefore, let’s stop complaining for the little, saying that we have nothing. He uses what you already possess for the transformation we expect. Hence, it may look small, ordinary, or insufficient, but when we place it in God’s hands, it becomes powerful as a seed for the miracle. Zechariah 8:12 For the seed shall be prosperous; the vine shall give her fruit, and the ground shall give her increase, and the heavens shall give their dew; and I will cause the remnant of this people to possess all these things.

Interestingly, the story about the widow woman is a case study as she thought she had nothing until the prophet requested, what do you have in your house? 2 Kings 4:2 - And Elisha said unto her, What shall I do for thee? tell me, what hast thou in the house? And she said, thine handmaid hath not anything in the house, save a pot of oil.  Though, she did not value it but that little jar was the seed for the miracle even though it may look insignificant in our eyes but it is the doorway for the supernatural multiplication. Also, for Moses it was the rod in his hand that parted the red sea. For David, a sling in his hand that brought down the giant Goliath etc. I encourage us to surrender and plant that seed of your little oil, your little strength, your little faith, today in Jesus name.

PRAYER POINT:

Heavenly Father, may my eyes be open to see the seed placed in my house and give me the courage to plant it for multiplication in Jesus name.
