Rivers in the desert

Text: Isaiah 43:19 (KJV)

Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it?
I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert

Friends, the desert represents those seasons when progress seems impossible, prayers feel unanswered, and hope is fading away. But, rivers can flow though not natural but supernatural. Yes, we can see that lack can happen physically, emotionally, spiritually and otherwise. Though, the dry and loneliness season notwithstanding, there can still be water flowing from the wilderness experience today. Hence, where men have given up, hope can come a life as he provided water for the children of Israel from the rock.  Philippians 4:19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. God is making impossibilities to become possible by His miraculous appearance. So, that drought, lifeless and state of scarcity can enjoy refreshing moments by the scent of water. Thus, God’s supernatural provision is what transforms our hopelessness into fruitfulness in a short while. Yes, God can make a way where there seems to be no way. Therefore, in that hardship and dry moment God can refresh your spirit to streams of joy. Isaiah 35:1 The desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose.

Interestingly, God is creating something new and beautiful out of barren situations in our spirit, soul and body. And God can turn your desert into a place of blessings as we embrace Him today. Psalm 23:3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me beside the still waters. Therefore, He can bring rivers of joy, peace, provision, and direction into your life by His presence. Thereby, God doing the impossible to revive, restore, or bless His people. So, in an empty situation God can unexpectedly bring overflow of blessing by His divine supplies in Jesus name.

Father, may you cause new opportunities, joy, and purpose to spring forth as You specializes in turning desolate places into fruitful grounds in Jesus name.
