His Spirit has quicken you

 

Text: Romans 8:11 (KJV)

But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

Friends, we must deeply understand the mystery that we enjoy in this kingdom.  Indeed, life tends to surprise us because it is as if all our efforts go down the drain, but our scripture of today tells us there is a quickening Spirit in us.  Yes, it is the same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead that quicken our lives. That means even if we may be or have experienced any downfall, this quickening Spirit will raise us. . Romans 8:15- For ye have not received the Spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.

Who can imagine, just allowing this amazing Spirit of God to take over could turnaround one’s story which is unexplainable. And the force behind it cannot be withstood, but once it is experienced, one never remains in the same position. The fact that we have accepted or allowed this Spirit into our lives means that He will demonstrate His ability in us. 1 Corinthians 6:14- And God hath both raised up the Lord, and will also raise up us by his own power. This should make us realize that because this Great Spirit raised Jesus from the grave, no situation we may be facing is difficult enough for Him to transform us. So. I encourage you to allow this Spirit into your life, and as you do so, you will see all your grave situations come to life in Jesus name.

PRAYER POINT:

1.       Oh Lord, may this same Spirit that quicken Jesus from the dead, which is in me, also quicken my mortal body and Spirit from ugly situations, in Jesus name.
