Text: 1 Peter
5:10 (KJV)
But the God of all grace, who hath called us into
his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make
you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.
There is a moment of suffering which brings
birth perfection and establishment, . Your pain of today is a ladder for your
crown tomorrow so do not give up. There is a firm assurance put together by God
for our settlement. For Jesus, the moment of suffering and trials
came to an end on the cross and He said “It is finished” which brought about
perfection. Note, no matter the thickness of the midnight, the next minute is a
morning. It will not be too long, before
our generous God settles us.
Interestingly, the bible saysPsalms 90:4- For a thousand
years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the
night. He is not late
with his promises in the way we measure lateness. He is always on time but is
patient with us and does not want anyone to perish; thus, what we consider as a
delay isGOD'S RIGHT TIMING for you. Do not push yourself to go ahead of His
schedule because those delays may be a blessing in disguise in Jesus name .
PRAYER POINT
1) Father may we pass through this moment without drifting
from the faith but to wait for God's timing in Jesus name.
Action Quote: Remember that concern has a due datewhen it shall be no more .
