Rejoice with thanks.

Text: 1Thessalonians 5:18 (KJV)

¹⁸In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

What an awesome God we serve. He has done wonderful things that our mouth is not enough

to appreciate him. It takes a revelation on things around you to give God a quality thanks in a

time like this. Also, we should learn to appreciate all the vessels God has used to support us in

this our wonderful life of existence. This is a moment where we should sit back and reflect on

helps. It has to happen intentionally as you recognize people’s positive influences in your life.

They have all been amazing people to you and that act of saying thanks can surprisingly handle a

lot of burdens in the heart of men. Psalms 9:1-I will praise thee, O LORD, with my whole heart; I

will shew forth all thy marvellous works. The world is automatically lacking the trend of genuine

thanks but we change someone’s wrong action. You can look at those little miracles today and

rejoice with thanks because they can be a seed for the germination of the long awaited

expectations.

Interestingly, you can declare a day, a week, a month or a season for ceaseless thanks and

rejoicing as we invest into such opportunity. I encourage you to share in this lifestyle of

thankfulness. Psalms 107:21- Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his

wonderful works to the children of men! Let us learn to cherish friends if not enemies that brought

diversities of experiences on our way because when you think well you will realize it was a

blessing in disguise. It will help you to unburden those heavy loads of unforgiveness with ease.

You should not wait for a special season because today is ideal, so don’t waste the opportunity.

1. Thank you Lord for all the good things I have received and still getting even now in Jesus name.
