God is rebuilding you

Text: Ezra 5:2 (KJV)
Then rose up Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, and Jeshua the son of Jozadak, and began to build the house of God which is at Jerusalam: and with them were the prophets of God helping them.
Do you know that God is rebuilding you to be His temple? A lot of temples have been abandoned and they need reconstruction for it to become useful and habitable again. Ask yourself this question: Is His temple (you) still intact, or do you need a proper fitness before the Master can use you? We are his temple, and He is ready to preserve us since His Spirit lives in us. Most of the times, we have experienced so many damages around us, which has required our wall or temple to be rebuilt. God does not want our bodies to be destroyed; He is always present and ready to destroy all the external forces which want to vandalize us, so that we do not get corrupted with the false doctrines. You are that precious entity which God is living and abiding in as His temple. He can visit other places, but he dwells and permanently abides in you, so always keep His sacred temple conserved. Let us not carelessly chase Him out. 2Corinthians 6:16- And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? For ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. He does not just want to amend the physical body but also the spiritual, emotional, financial, intellectual part of you. Every part of you is relevant to the Master. He has sent his prophets, ministers, and diligent professionals in different fields as helpers and supporters to you, so that the work can prosper and move fast. Ephesians 4:11-12- And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ. What part are you in?
Certain times, some policies and regulations are issued just to hinder what God is set to do in our lives. Furthermore in our text of today, we can see that the people with authority were angry about the great things the children of God were doing to the temple. They even questioned them, asking who gave them permission or authority to rebuild and restore the temple. They knew that the resources needed were available but they were just trying to hinder God’s work. God is always set to do a new thing, but there are some authorities trying to challenge them. So always remember, all you need to rebuild are available, just look deeper to see it. We ourselves must always to careful, so as to not hinder God’s divine agenda for our lives. Ephesians 2:21-22- In whom all the building fitly framed together growth unto an holy temple in the Lord: In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit. The good news is that the eye of the Lord is upon us, and is ever-ready to stop those trying to hinder His works in us (His temple). He is jealously guiding us with his eyes, and we shall not go astray in Jesus name.
PRAYER POINTS:
1) Father, thank you for what you are doing in my life and the assurance that the evil one cannot stop me despite all their authority against me in Jesus name.
2) Thank God for sending supporters and helpers to repair all the broken walls in our lives, in Jesus name.
3) Father, anywhere we have been abandoned, we pray for a recovery, in Jesus name.
4) Every decree made to favour me that is hidden, may the archives be open to my favour, in Jesus name.
ACTION QUOTE: Do you know that you might be the one to repair that ancient landmark in your generation?
