The Storehouse Blessings

Text: Malachi 3:10 (KJV)

Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

One beautiful thing about God is that once He pours His blessings on a man, it is always a lot even to the point that there will be no room enough to receive it. He blesses to overflows. Psalms 23:5b (NLT) - My cup overflows with blessings. I tell you, the flow does not end with you, but it also spreads to everyone and things around you. Due to the fact that God is the source of our blessings, He is the activator and the sustainer of the flow. He knows the extent and height to give, and this makes us get more than we expected because the storehouse is loaded. God is so faithful to us, but we need to honour Him with our substance because he weighs the intent. Proverbs 3:9- Honour the Lord with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase.

Interestingly, our substance can also mean praises, worship, dances, services, etc. and not just money. No level of substance is too small for Him, it is the heart behind that substance that increases the blessing. 2 Corinthians 9:7b- For God loveth a cheerful giver. The truth is, you giving or honouring God cheerfully brings a lot of blessings to the point that the windows of Heaven opens for us. Genesis 7:11b- The same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened. So this means once the flow starts, there is no limitation to it because the source never runs dry. This makes one become carrier of blessings and you end up distributing it to others. I tell you, it is our season to shine and in so doing, we will bring glory to God. I urge you, to desire for this new realm and I pray God will help us, in Jesus name. 

 PRAYER POINTS: 

1. Father, may we continue to grow as our source never runs dry for our sufficiency is thee in Jesus name.

2.Father, help us to always give with a cheerful heart as to attract God’s honour and blessings, in Jesus name.
